The automatic packaging system consists of two automatic packaging lines and a less than board stereo warehouse, which can realize automatic and information-based production. After the completion of the project, it can reduce the influence of handling personnel on the silk, thus indirectly improving the product quality. At the same time, the labor intensity of workers was greatly reduced, and the production staff was reduced by 40%. Based on the reduction of personnel expenses, the investment cost was estimated to be recovered in three years.

This system can be used as a typical application of automatic and information-based production in the process of the country's vigorous promotion of intelligent manufacturing and acceleration of industry 4.0.
